The second race of the 2013 fell foul of the continuing bad weather. Becky Watson has done a great job in organising the Deeside Thistle Hilly TT with a field of 80 riders bursting to test their racing legs. Unfortunately due to drifting snow the race has had to be cancelled.
Last week the Dick Longdragon road race was also cancelled.
Lest hope the woman's APR next week can go ahead.

Radio Radio
It was decided that new radios were to be bought. there has been quite a bit of research into radios undertaken over the last six months. These radios are in stock and are used by BC and SC so will be comparable with others for major races.
Special General Meeting
A special general meeting was held on Wednesday 20th March 2013 to ratify the updated constitution. Unfortunately there was not enough committee members there to form a quorum so the constitution remains un-ratified. Bob Gibson has spent a lot of time working hard to get the constitution updated and it is a shame that this could not be done.
